Apple honey brie is going to be a must for your guests during the holiday season because its impressively delicious and super simple!
There is just something to be said about cheese. That something is, it’s amazingly delicious and the main reason I cannot become vegan even though I completely see the benefits *sigh. Brie cheese is on top of the list for me because its creamy, pairs well with so many different fruits and nuts, is so simple to make, and looks so presentable! It’s hard to believe this only takes a few minutes of prep time and then pop in the oven. I have another great version of baked brie here.
In this version, the honey really adds a depth of flavor that brings together the crunchy apple and creamy brie. In this post I have a great zaatar crositini recipe that would be the perfect crositini pair.
The simplest way to entertain guests and use all the crunchy apples in season!
- 1 brie wheel
- 1 honey crisp apple
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp rosemary * optional
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place thinly sliced apples on top of cheese
- Drizzle with honey
- Put in oven for 15 minutes
- Garnish with rosemary
- Serve immediately with crackers and/or crostini
