This dip is like a show stopper!! Look at that color! If that doesn’t turn heads, I don’t know what will! Ok let me stop….it’s not just about looks. This dip is so easy to make, takes minutes and is really healthy! Beets are sooooo delicious! And even though they’re mild, the tahini, garlic and lemon really give them pizzazz!
We all know that hummus always gets all the attention. Again, it’s our tried and true friend, but variety is the spice of life and this beet dip is it! I am always looking for something new to try to switch up the routine, but it’s important that it’s still easy and healthy.

This healthy, creamy and unique dip is not just pretty, it's delicious and easy to make!
- 3 red beets, cooked
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 + 3 cup, tbsp tahini
- 6 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender and enjoy!
Feel free to add more or less salt and lemon juice to taste:-)
