Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip in Puff Pastry Cups

This cheesy, melty, saucey dip with a kick is going to be the biggest crowd pleaser at your next get together!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz bleu cheese, crumbles

Instructions

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, place chicken and cream cheese in the pan and stir until melted. Then add buffalo sauce and ranch and stir until well combined. Lower the heat a bit to medium low and add cheddar and stir until melted. Then add the bleu cheese, saving some to sprinkle as a topping.

Recipe Notes

Feel free to put the dip in a bowl and use chips to eat. Add celery sticks as a side.
