Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, cold
  • 3 tablespoons honey, pourable
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Take cold cream cheese, with clean, lightly wet hands, mold the cheese into a ball.

  2. Roll the cheese ball into the pumpkin seeds until it's covered. Use your hand to fill in the gaps with remained seeds.

  3. Place the ball onto a serving plate and sprinkle any remaining seeds onto the plate then pour honey all over the ball and drizzle around the plate and serve!

Recipe Notes

In our photo, our cheese ball was actually more like a dome. You take a small bowl and wet it slightly, sprinkle in the seeds, then press the cream cheese into the bowl tightly until the bottom is flat and even. Then take a serving plate and place it on top of the bowl and flip it over in a quick motion. Then press additional seeds around the sides and edges and top with honey!
