Fried Okra with Garlic Cilantro

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cut Fresh Okra
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Sauté cut Okra in olive oil until slightly browned (few minutes)
  2. Remove Okra from skillet
  3. Toss with remaining ingredients (cilantro, garlic, tomato, salt)
  4. Serve with pita bread
  5. Cannot believe how easy it is
