One Pot Creamy Tomato Harissa Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients

box of pasta

can of diced tomatoes
1/2
cup
of heavy whipping cream
1/2
cup
green olives

cups
chicken stock
1
small onion sliced
5
garlic crushed
1
tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
2
tablsepoons olive oil
1
teaspoon
harissa
(more if you prefer it spicier)

cup
raw shrimp tails off & deveined
1/2
cup
crumbled feta
Instructions
Add all ingredients except shrimp and feta into a pot (preferably a dutch oven) for 15 minutes
Remove from heat
Add shrimp and cheese cover for 10 mins off heat
