Preheat oven to 350

Make small incisions and insert thin garlic

Make small incision around the edge of Brie and use dental floss to cut in half (see post for details)

Add Medjool dates or any other fruit or jam on bottom half

Top the Brie and return back to wood case it came in

Place on parchment paper on tray and bake for 15-20 minutes
