Medjool Date & Turmeric Smoothie

This easy to make delicious smoothie is as healthy as it is sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5 medjool dates, Natural Delights
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add almond milk and dates and blend until dates are fully broken down. Add remaining ingredients and blend until everything is well combined.

Recipe Notes

Feel free to add less dates or omit the banana if you don't like a lot of sweetness. Sub for coconut milk or any other milk. Add any other nuts or seeds.
