Zucchini Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 green zucchini chopped
  • 2 garlic pressed
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 tablespoon lemon

Instructions

  1. Lightly sauté zucchini in olive oil on low heat covered for 10 min so they are soft and tender

  2. mix all ingredients in blender or using hand blender
