Peach & Date Honey Biscuits

This light, fruity, healthyish dessert can be whipped up in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 1 5 ounce plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey plus more for drizzling
  • 2-3 peaches sliced
  • 2 Natural Delights dates sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and honey.

  3. When biscuits are finished, allow them to cool for a few minutes. Then separate them into halves.

  4. Add a large dollop off yogurt to each biscuit then drizzle all over with some more honey.

  5. Top with sliced peaches and sliced Natural Delights dates.

Recipe Notes

You will have a lot of extra biscuits. You can double/triple your yogurt recipe and make them all or eat them as is! Also, the yogurt can get very soft, so if you prefer a firmer consistency, try using ricotta cheese instead!
