This light, fruity, healthyish dessert can be whipped up in a matter of minutes!
Bake biscuits according to package directions.
In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and honey.
When biscuits are finished, allow them to cool for a few minutes. Then separate them into halves.
Add a large dollop off yogurt to each biscuit then drizzle all over with some more honey.
Top with sliced peaches and sliced Natural Delights dates.
You will have a lot of extra biscuits. You can double/triple your yogurt recipe and make them all or eat them as is! Also, the yogurt can get very soft, so if you prefer a firmer consistency, try using ricotta cheese instead!
