This tangy sweet jam can be made with fresh or dried fruit!
In a medium sauce pan, add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to keep it simmering until the fruits begin to fall apart and mixture thickens to a jam like consistency. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
If fresh fruits are not available, dried fruits are just as good! Use any type of sugar you would like and use 2-4 tbsp depending on how sweet you would like it.
