Simple Summer Peach & Apricot Jam

This tangy sweet jam can be made with fresh or dried fruit!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peaches dried or fresh
  • 1 cup apricot dried or fresh
  • 1 1/2 cup water or enough to cover the fruits
  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar/date sugar or any sugar
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a medium sauce pan, add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to keep it simmering until the fruits begin to fall apart and mixture thickens to a jam like consistency. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

Recipe Notes

If fresh fruits are not available, dried fruits are just as good! Use any type of sugar you would like and use 2-4 tbsp depending on how sweet you would like it.
