Fruit & Nut Goat Cheese Pops

This super simple, no bake recipe brings out a crowd pleasing party appetizer that looks as great as it tastes!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
  • 10 pretzel sticks
  • 10 chives

Instructions

  1. Roll one tablespoon of cheese into a ball with your hands (the colder your hands are the better).

    Roll the cheese balls into the pistachios or cranberries until fully covered and repeat. 

    Poke the pretzel sticks into the cheese balls. Then take a long chive and tie a bow around the pretzel stick and slide it down til it sits on top of the cheese ball.

Have fun with these by substituting nuts and fruits or tying string onto the pretzels!
