Cranberry Brie Flatbread

This cranberry brie flatbread takes "pizza" to a whole new level with a sweet and savory combo that just won't quit! Plus it's quick and easy to make and your family and friends will love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
  • 1 can cranberry sauce, whole
  • 8 ounces brie, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, according to package directions. Prepare a parchment lined baking sheet. Lay dough out covering baking sheet. Mix cranberry sauce in a bowl to loosen to a sauce texture. Spread all over crust leaving about 1 inch edges. Lay long strips of brie on top of the sauce. Sprinkle rosemary, thyme and pecans and bake for 8-12 minutes.
