Refrigerated crusts and rolls are such saviors! They’re soooo delicious and they make prep time almost nonexistent. So, I run to them whenever I need some added help! When it comes to the holidays and party season, they are the ultimate weapon! All you really need is a pizza crust, I prefer thin, a can of cranberry sauce, some herbs, I prefer rosemary and thyme, and some nuts, I prefer pecan. But as you make this and see how easy and delicious it is, you learn that the topping options are endless and you can create a dozen other flatbread recipes so easily.

- 1 tube pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
- 1 can cranberry sauce, whole
- 8 ounces brie, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp thyme, chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, according to package directions. Prepare a parchment lined baking sheet. Lay dough out covering baking sheet. Mix cranberry sauce in a bowl to loosen to a sauce texture. Spread all over crust leaving about 1 inch edges. Lay long strips of brie on top of the sauce. Sprinkle rosemary, thyme and pecans and bake for 8-12 minutes.
Feel free to use different kinds of cheese, nuts and herbs!
